Two channels, two routes.
Our US retail inventory is imported into the United States by PokePoke Trading LTD. and ships domestically. Wholesale takes a shorter route: orders are sourced and shipped directly from our affiliated company in Japan, at Japanese domestic wholesale cost, without the markup of pre-importing into a US warehouse. Wholesale agreements and invoicing are handled by our Japan affiliate, which manages procurement and export.
Delivered duty paidWholesale shipments are exported from Japan on a delivered-duty-paid basis. US customs entry and import duties are handled by us and included in your quoted price — you receive the shipment without customs paperwork and without a duty invoice after the fact.
